Irileon

It's the dragon evolution of Eevee. It is the result of exposing Eevee to the scale of a past Irileon. There is only one of these scales (found in Bill's secret garden, being this the reason why he chose such a place for living) so there is only one Irileon in the world. When it dies, the central scale of its forehead acquires the ability to evolve another Eevee into Irileon. It's covered in tough fur and diamond-hard iridiscent scales, making it's defenses are really high.

While I was developing the idea of a Pokémon who would inhabit Bill's secret garden, Iridiscence came into my mind. Imagining a creature that exposed to light effect would glow and amaze whoever saw it. I decided I wanted to create an Eeveelution but with a little twist in the concept. First, I decided it should be a very unique Pokémon, that's why there is always only one. Only one scale found, only one Eevee to be able to evolve into it. It was kind of a challenge to make an Eevee look like a dragon without adding wings to it, but I'm satisfied with the result.
